Gllakley ("we," "us," "our") is an online retailer of graphics cards and PC components, operating out of Richmond, Queensland, Australia.
2. Eligibility

We make every effort to display product details, images, and pricing accurately. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are error-free. In the event of a pricing or listing error, we reserve the right to cancel any order and issue a full refund, even after an order has been confirmed.
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) or as displayed at checkout and are subject to change without notice.
4. Orders and Payment
By placing an order, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and complete. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Your order constitutes an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline at our discretion (for example, in cases of suspected fraud or unavailable stock).
5. Shipping and Delivery
We currently offer free shipping on all orders to Australia, Canada, the United States, and the United Kingdom. Orders are handled within 1–3 business days and are typically in transit for 3–5 business days (within Australia & Canada) or 5–8 business days (to the US & UK) after that. 6. Returns and Refunds
Returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled according to our Return and Refund Policy.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, and images — is the property of Gllakley or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Product names, brand logos, and trademarks belong to their respective manufacturers (NVIDIA, AMD, and their partner brands). You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our written permission.
8. Prohibited Use
You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with the Site's operation, to attempt unauthorized access to our systems, or to submit false or misleading information.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gllakley shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products purchased through it. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Where applicable, products may be covered by a manufacturer's warranty. Gllakley does not provide additional warranties beyond those stated on individual product pages or provided by the manufacturer.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland and the federal laws of Australia applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
